اذا لم يكن لديك حساب اتبع الخطوات بالأسفل لعمل حساب مجانى
الخطوة 1: إنشاء حساب مجاني
اذهب إلى https://dash.wamate.online وأنشئ حسابًا مجانيًا.
الخطوة 2: إضافة حساب WhatsApp
انتقل إلى WhatsApp ثم إضافة حساب.
الخطوة 3: مسح رمز QR
امسح رمز QR باستخدام هاتفك من تطبيق WhatsApp.
الخطوة 4: الحصول على Instance ID و Access Token
انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي (اختر حساب WhatsApp) وحدد الحساب الذي تم توصيله مؤخرًا. احصل على معرّف المثيل (Instance ID) ورمز الوصول (Access Token) واحفظهما لاستخدامهما لاحقًا.
الخطوة 5: نسخ معرّف Google Sheet
اذهب إلى حساب Easy Order وانتقل إلى الربط، ثم اختر الربط مع Google Sheets. انسخ معرّف الجدول (Sheet ID) من Easy Order.
تأكد ان الأرقام ف جوجل شيت بها كود البلد .
طريقه اضافه كود البلد افتح الشيت و علم على الRAW الي به الارقام و اضغط علي زر 123
واختار اخر اختيار Custom number format و اكتب 2 وبعدها 11 صفر و اضغط Apply ده مثال لمصر فقط لو ل اى بلد اخرى اكتب كود البلد و عدد الارقام ف البلد مثلا 966 و بعدها 9 اصفار
الخطوة 6: تكوين الإعدادات
انتقل إلى صفحة /الإعدادات. أدخل معرّف الجدول (Google Sheet ID) ومعرّف المثيل (Instance ID) ورمز الوصول (Access Token)، وقم بتخصيص رسالتك. يمكنك استخدام العناصر النائبة مثل {name}، {phone}، {total_cost}، {product} في الرسالة. اختر من أي صف تريد البدء في الإرسال (في حالة وجود بيانات قديمة لا تريد إرسالها). اختر عدد الأرقام التي تريد إرسالها في المرة الواحدة إذا كنت تتلقى الكثير من الطلبات.
الخطوة 7: حفظ الإعدادات
اضغط على Save
Step 1: Create a Free Account
Go to https://dash.wamate.online and create a free account.
Step 2: Add a WhatsApp Account
Navigate to WhatsApp then Add an account.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR Code with your mobile from the WhatsApp app.
Step 4: Get Instance ID and Access Token
Go to Profile (select WhatsApp account) and choose your recently connected account. Get your Instance ID and Access Token and save them for later.
Step 5: Copy Google Sheet ID
Go to your Easy Order account and navigate to الربط (Linking), choose الربط مع Google Sheets. Copy the Sheet ID from Easy Order.
Make sure the Number Raw Contains the Country code
Method to add the country code: Open the sheet, select the RAW column containing the numbers, and click the 123 button. Choose the last option, “Custom number format,” write 2 followed by 11 zeros, then click Apply. This is an example for Egypt only. For any other country, write the country code followed by the number of digits in the country, for example, 966 followed by 9 zeros.
Step 6: Configure Settings
Go to the /Settings page. Put your Google Sheet ID, Instance ID, and Access Token, and customize your message. You can use placeholders like {name}, {phone}, {total_cost}, {product} in the message. Choose from which row you want to start sending (in case you have old data you don’t want to send). Choose how many numbers to send in one go if you receive a lot of orders.
Step 7: Save Settings
Click Save.
